Why do you require a 3-month commitment?

I use this time frame because I’ve found it takes at least 3 months for clients to realise measurable and substantial progress towards their goals. The 3-month timeframe is a realistic one that allows clients to make dramatic and sustainable progress without jeopardizing their health or using techniques too extreme to consistently follow for a lifetime.

My first priority is to build a successful long-term relationship with my clients. In fact, almost all of my clients remain with me for longer than the minimum term of 3 months - both online, and off.
