I have come up with five simple rules for my Online Coaching clients.
1. Do what I tell you to do.
To be a client, you have to trust me, accept that I’m the expert here, and do exactly what I tell you to do. I have successfully helped hundreds if not thousands of people just like you. If you’re not willing to put me in control, becoming a client will be a frustrating experience and a waste of time for the both of us.
2. Work hard.
Nothing worth achieving is easy, and I don’t make any apologies here: I’m going to make you work hard. If you do, you’ll be stunned at how fast you’ll see results. If I think you’re slacking off, on the other hand, I’ll drop you off the program.
3. Give me at least three months to work with you.
Anything less is too little to establish a good relationship and see tangible results.
4. Provide regular feedback.
At regular time intervals, I may require you to do certain assessments, and fill out a feedback questionnaire which may take some of your time. This is absolutely critical to your success.
5. Send me photos every month.
To keep you honest and motivated, every month you will have to email me digital photos of yourself documenting your progress. Doing so is easy and I’ll help you get started if you’ve never done something like this before. Don’t worry, your privacy is assured.
Bottom Line: If you will play your part and do the above, then I commit to do everything in my power to ensure that you succeed. Clients who follow those five rules have extraordinary success rates.
If you don’t, you won’t last long. None of these rules are optional. I only work with committed people, and those who fail to meet these standards are dropped from the program immediately. These are very reasonable requests, and essential if you want great results. If you can’t follow my five basic rules, please do not apply.
